Joshua S. Billingsley, 18, of Write City MO. was charged Tuesday with sexual assault on a minor.
Police say Billingsley, of the first block of Fir Tree Lane in Wright City, admitted to having sex with a teenager three times in the past month. He was held Tuesday at the Warren County Jail in lieu of $9,000 cash-only bail.

David C. Riviera, 51, of Cedar Hill Missouri was charged with forcible rape in the alleged sexual assault on a 12-year-old girl.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Riviera on Friday after receiving a call that the girl had been sexually assaulted the previous night in a home in Cedar Hill.
Based on information from investigation interviews and a review of the scene, the Jefferson County prosecutor’s office charged Riviera with the crime and issued a warrant for his arrest on Friday. Authorities involved in the case report that Riviera was a personal friend of the 12-year-old girls family. Riviera was being held Monday in the County Jail in Hillsboro on $250,000 cash-only bond.
